Learn moreSuntree is a large residential community in north Melbourne with lakes, a golf course and many separate sub-neighborhoods, much of it built from the 1980s on.
Many Suntree neighborhoods have their own associations, and exterior changes often need approval. Gutter color, style and downspout location can all be reviewed. Ask your association for its architectural guidelines before you pick a color, and we will put the details on your written estimate for your submission.
Homes on lakes and fairways often have a low edge of the yard close to the water. Aim downspouts across your own lawn, not straight into a lake bank or onto the course. A buried line to a pop-up outlet keeps the yard clear and the bank intact.
Homes built in the 1980s and 1990s may have original fascia and soffit that need checking. Newer sections have newer boards. We inspect fascia first and size gutters to each roofline.
Mature oaks and palms are common here. If branches overhang the roof, guards cut cleaning, though small debris still gets through now and then.
