Every business has a story. Ours is built on hard work, sacrifice, friendship, family, and the belief that great things happen when the right people come together.
The story of All Seasons Seamless Gutters began with a young, determined installer named Matthew Frotten.
Long before multiple crews, a sales team and the systems we rely on today, Matthew Frotten was the guy in the field doing the work himself. Day after day, he helped build the reputation of All Seasons through quality workmanship, dedication, and a willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done right.
After three years of pouring his heart into the company, Matthew Frotten took one of the biggest leaps of his life and purchased the business he had worked so hard to help build.
Like so many people chasing a dream, he knew the long days, the difficult decisions and the sacrifices that come with building something of your own, and he did it with the support of the people closest to him.
It was not always easy. There were mistakes, setbacks and lessons learned the hard way. Those experiences shaped the foundation of the company we know today.
Our storyA friendship that started it all
Long before our paths came together at All Seasons, Matthew Frotten and Pete Walker worked side by side at a gutter company in St. Cloud, Florida. Together, they helped manage the day-to-day operations, tackled challenges and solved problems.
Somewhere along the way, that working relationship grew into something more meaningful.
A genuine friendship.
One built on mutual respect, loyalty and trust, and the kind where you do not just want to succeed yourself. You want to see the other person succeed just as much.
Eventually, life took them in different directions. Matthew Frotten continued in the gutter industry, joined All Seasons Seamless Gutters and eventually bought the company. Pete Walker and his wife, Cindi Walker, took an entrepreneurial leap of their own, building a family business together from the ground up.
Like Matthew Frotten, Pete Walker and Cindi Walker learned the realities of entrepreneurship firsthand: the long hours, the sacrifices, the growing pains, and the responsibility of building something of their own. Together, they learned to lean on each other's strengths and turn hard work into a successful business.
Although their professional paths had separated, Matthew Frotten and Pete Walker never lost touch. Over the years, conversations about family and life often turned into conversations about business and what the future might hold. And more than once, they found themselves saying the same thing.

Neither knew when or how that might happen. But the friendship remained, and so did the idea.

After years of building and growing their family business, Pete Walker and Cindi Walker decided to sell it and begin exploring their next chapter. They did not want to simply start over. They wanted to take the experience, lessons and knowledge they had gained and put them toward something meaningful.
Meanwhile, Matthew Frotten had taken All Seasons from a company he helped build with his own hands to a business he was responsible for leading into the future. Along the way, he learned something important: no matter how hard one person works, building something that lasts takes more than one person.

As Pete Walker and Cindi Walker considered their next opportunity, the conversations between Matthew Frotten and Pete Walker took on a new meaning. The possibility they had talked about for years was becoming real. The timing was right, the opportunity was there, and the trust had been built long before any business discussions began.
What started years earlier as two coworkers becoming close friends had come full circle. Matthew Frotten, Pete Walker and Cindi Walker came together to begin a new chapter for All Seasons Seamless Gutters.

We have made mistakes, learned lessons, and faced challenges, setbacks and successes along the way. We are still learning, still improving and still building. Through it all, one thing has stayed the same: we believe in hard work, in treating people right, and in the idea that the relationships we build along the way matter just as much as the work itself.
