Learn moreWilliamsburg is a large Orange County community of seven villages and more than 3,000 homes, with pools, tennis courts and clubhouses across the villages. It has a homeowners association.
Census place counts show single-family homes in Williamsburg rising from about 1,500 in 1990 to about 3,300 in 2000, then to about 3,600 by 2010. That puts most roofs at 25 to 35 years old. At that age, original 5-inch gutters, if still there, may be undersized for heavy Florida downpours, and the fascia behind them may be soft. We check the boards first, then size new gutters for the roof.
Williamsburg's HOA covers a community of seven villages. Look at its exterior rules, and any village-level rules, before you pick a gutter color or style. We can give you a written estimate to include with your request.
The Shingle Creek basin, an 84-square-mile area of south Orange County with 71 named lakes and ponds, saw its impervious surface grow from 19 percent in 1985 to 40 percent in 2020, according to county materials. More pavement and roofs mean more runoff. Check a county map for where your lot drains, and make sure your downspouts leave water on your own lot rather than at a neighbor's wall.
Besides Williamsburg, we work throughout Orange County, including Lake Buena Vista, Doctor Phillips, Belle Isle. See all service areas.
